Bhuvneshwar Kumar Undergoes A Sports Hernia Surgery

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the Indian player who has been haunted by injuries, has experienced a games hernia procedure in London and can start recuperating at the National Cricket Academy(NCA) to form a comeback to the Indian squad the BCCI said on Thursday. Though the BCCI didn't mention any schedule for his recovery, it's expected that he will play active cricket during the IPL, which is scheduled to start from March 29. within the IPL, Bhuvneshwar goes to play for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

“Quick bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar ventured bent London on ninth January and experienced a fruitful game hernia procedure on eleventh January. Group India Physiotherapist Yogesh Parmar became helped him to urge better”, stated the board secretary Jay Shah.

“Bhuvneshwar will come to India and take up his restoration at the countrywide Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru,” consistent with a BCCI statement.

He wasn't named within the T20 squad for the forthcoming tour to New Zealand due to his injury.

The 29-year-old has played 43 T20Is, 114 ODIs and 21 Tests for India. He missed the ODI series against West Indies ,

Additionally, on Wednesday as revealed by PTI, the BCCI the young batsman Prithvi Shaw left for brand spanking new Zealand to hitch the India A’ team following his recovery for shoulder damage.

The India A team will play three one-dayers and two unofficial Tests during the tour, which can start from January 22.
